I finally finished it! Granted, it needs a few touch ups, but here it is! The design for my tattoo! 
Yes. I'm getting a tattoo. A dragon one. I've wanted one getting on for about ten years now, and since I am now 18 and my parents no longer get a say in the matter, I intend to go get it finally! Once I have the money, of course. I still need to ask how much it'll cost me. Fortunately there's this nice little pretty new tattoo parlour on the hill, so it's not like I'll have to go far.
The tattoo won't be this big, of course. I drew it large so I'd have a large area to decide over details with, and then my scanner blew it up even more. I'll be downsizing it to no more than 4-5 inches from snout to tail. It'll be far too noticeable (and expensive! ) otherwise. I also need to thin the black patches a bit more so there are larger gaps between the many black segments, otherwise it'll all just blend together. But overall, this is pretty much it now :3. He shall be my shoulder dragon XD.
I love his inflated butt. My dragon has junk in his trunk yo!
Oh, and Amanda (my brush pen) finally ran out just as I finished inking this. She's amazing. I've been using her non stop in pictures for inking for months and she's only just finished her first ink cartridge. I still have three more. Seriously, she's fantastic. In that time I think I got through three large blue ink cartriges for my fountain pen, two biro's and two 5-pen packs of fineliners.

Anyway. Now, you guys know I don't usually demand or beg for feedback on my drawings (though I always adore getting it, even if I don't reply ;w; ), but this time I really would like it. After all, I intend to have this permanently etched into my skin. Just realise that no matter what you say, I AM</b> getting a tattoo. There's no two ways about it. So I'd rather no skin-ink hating please. Just comment on the design if it helps, pretend it isn't going to be needled into my dermis :3. I'll even accept no more than a 'cool' or 'eww', just please say something either way.
Oh yeah, sorry, ignore the pencil scribbles. There was room on the page so I doodled in it while thinking up the design
